I would not advise anyone to give this company their business. I placed an order - spending £240 and expecting delivery within 2-4 weeks. Six weeks later the company have still not delivered the goods and have not made any attempt to get in touch with me but were very happy to take the money from my account 6 weeks ago. .

I ordered some large shrubs and they did not deliver within 28 day timescale. I had to chase to get a response and after calls and chaser emails I was told they couldn’t supply them. When I have checked on their website they are showing as in stock which is misleading and inaccurate. I won’t use them again, don’t deliver on order and poor communication.

Super happy with the service.We had an issue with our delivery of compost and had to delay our hedging order. Didn’t think it would be possible but best4hedging were very quick to respond and very helpful with arranging a new delivery slot.Although time will tell with the plants, to our eye they looked healthy enough when they arrived. Would definitely use again.

Order delivered. Hedge plants look nothing like the web photos. They look dead with hardly any leaves. Planting food products not delivered. Delivery driver very unhelpful. Can’t get through by phone and no reply to emails. This is an absolute shambles.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago expecting delivery within 3-7 working days. 8 working days later I got an email saying it had been despatched. 2 days later parcelforce said it was delayed - I chased up on it and parcelforce sent me to best4hedging. I telephoned and emailed leaving my contact details asking for some feedback. It is now 3 days later and I have had no further contact. I am not sure if the company is fraudulent, incompetent, swamped or what the cause is but I would steer clear of using this company. I am now having to claim back my payment via my credit card company due to the lack of feedback and the fact they took payment on the original order (rather than on despatch like most retailers do).My order number is #143363

The plants arrived promptly and securely packed. They were all in tip top condition, healthy and bushy and are now looking as if they've been in the garden for at least six months and not a mere few weeks. I am delighted with them.

Won’t pick up telephones, email them and you get a generic delay in deliveries and using the pandemic as an excuse and as I work at a hospital, I don’t understand why or appreciate the reasoning. Wish I never ordered with his company, wondering if they are scammers too. Best4hedging, can you give me a firm delivery date?

Where to start.. late order, incomplete order, 2 items delivered that are not as states on their website. Can’t ring them (no one picks up or the line just dies) and they don’t reply to emails. Still awaiting them to contact me to resolve the issues.Update: I have been contacted (and apologised to) for the delay. Moved from 1* to 3* as they have resolved my issue

Very impressed with best4hedging, would thoroughly recommend. I was looking to plant a Portuguese Laurel hedge at my new property, besty4hedging offered the best price I could find for this plant online, and I went for 2 litre pots at 20/40cm height in the end.I needed a fairly quick turnaround and delivery on a specific day - the lady on the phone (I forget her name unfortunately) was brilliant, took the details, checked the stock and confirmed everything quickly and efficiently. Delivery arrived on the morning of the specified day, well packed and I was very impressed with the plants. All looked healthy with nice thick stems, new green growth visible, consistent heights and appearances on each plant etc.They have only been in the ground now for a few weeks but all seem happy, so hopefully in a couple of years I'll have a thick, pretty hedge to give some additional privacy to the garden.As I say, best price I could find, very impressed with the helpful service on the phone and the plants seem to be excellent quality - would definitely recommend.

I have decided to redo my revised reviews from the past few weeks. I received my recent order on Monday after the 14 day window & again the delivery service was fantastic, the drivers go above & beyond in bringing in the pallets & placing them in my garden even though it's separate from the communal entrance & is gated. Whenever I've received palletised deliveries from other companies, regardless of what is on the pallets, they aren't obligated to bring it in & usually/if not always leave it out exposed to the roadway which is always a worry, all while stating it's kerbside only & there is nothing else they can do. Thankfully these guys go the extra mile which is great & is why I will be ordering again. In my recent order I was very happy with the larger root ball, it was taller than expected & had full foliage. Unfortunately the 3ft one had no foliage on at all, but is budding. It was very different to the 3ft root ball I received three weeks ago that had full foliage & taller than depicted, which it what made me order another of the same height hoping it would be somewhat similar. But I understand not every plant is going to be the same in growth or other. Putting aside the previous PayPal refund issue & slight delay on this delivery due to the season, I will be ordering again sometime in April. I would like to know if getting potted plants versus some root balls would guarantee more foliage on arrival, or if there's any way of requesting a photo of the instant hedging troughs prior to next ordering so I could get a rough idea of what I'll be receiving. Thank you.

Placed a late order and it was delivered as promised. Have used them before, the plants are really healthy and packaged well. Everyone was really helpful with the order, excellent service, would definitely use again
